I want every new lead that hits our Angi account to appear in SmartMoving CRM within seconds, bringing over two key data sets—contact information (name, phone, email, address) and the associated project details (service requested, move date, zip, etc.). Customer notes are not required right now, but I’d like the mapping structured so that we could add that field easily later. Timing is critical: the transfer must run in real-time, not batch. When a lead comes in with an email or phone number we’ve already stored, the integration should still create a fresh record in SmartMoving and automatically tag it as “possible_duplicate” so our sales team can review and merge if needed. Please build whichever connector, webhook, or middleware layer is best suited—Angi’s REST API, SmartMoving’s API, Zapier, Make, or a lightweight custom service are all acceptable as long as the final solution is stable and documented.
