I’m building a full-cycle crypto exchange that lets investors buy blockchain-based tokens backed by income-producing real estate. The core of the platform is a token-issuance smart contract with on-chain attestations so every property’s cash-flow data is verifiable. On the front end, the web portal must allow new and returning users to register, log in, browse property listings, run keyword or filter searches, and view detailed transaction history with downloadable reports. Each listing will surface the underlying smart contract so investors can inspect terms before committing funds. Behind the scenes I need an admin dashboard that lets me and my team handle day-to-day operations: create or edit property records, manage user accounts and KYC status, and monitor all on-chain and off-chain transactions in real time. Automated distribution logic should route rental income to token holders at preset intervals, with clear audit trails.
