I’m building a new real-estate portal and need a full set of high-fidelity screens designed directly in Figma. The look and feel must be modern and clean, with generous white space, crisp typography and a restrained colour palette that feels trustworthy to home-buyers while still looking fresh on mobile and desktop. Key screens I know I need so far are the home page, the property-listing grid / map view, and a straightforward contact page, but you’re welcome to propose any additional supporting screens you feel are essential for a friction-less user journey (e.g. property detail, user dashboard, saved searches, etc.). I don’t have wireframes or a sitemap yet, so part of the brief is to shape the overall flow: translate my rough notes into low-fi wireframes, agree on the navigation, then move into polished UI. You’ll have freedom to define components, grids and a mini design system so future pages can be added consistently. Deliverables • Low-fidelity wireframes that map the full user journey • Final, organised Figma file with all desktop and mobile artboards, reusable components and styles • Click-through prototype ready for stakeholder review and hand-off to developers I’ll give prompt feedback on each milestone.
