Here’s what I want tackled, in roughly the order I’ll test and merge: • Chat improvements – First priority: true real-time message updates using Supabase Realtime so both parties see new messages instantly. – Add a typing indicator and sent/delivered/read status. – Auto-scroll to the latest message on open or when a new message arrives. • Simple admin messaging module – Admin can initiate a chat or push a notification. – Users may only reply; they can’t start new threads. – Admin can mark a thread “closed” to lock further replies. • Responsiveness fixes – Polish layouts on Android devices of varying heights, with special attention to the bottom navigation bar. • Push/in-app notifications – Trigger on: new message, boost expiring, listing expiring, and new like (anonymously). • Listing extension logic – Allow users to extend a listing only within the final week before expiry. – Validate they have remaining ad credits; otherwise, route them to the Subscription screen. • Optional nice-to-have – Generate a QR code that deep-links directly to a user’s profile, TikTok-style. - i want person who can start as soon as possible.
