Raspberry Pi Vertical Farm Controller

I’m building a fully-featured monitoring and control hub for my indoor vertical farm and need an experienced Raspberry Pi specialist to steer the process from concept through working prototype. What I already have in mind • Raspberry Pi as the central MCU • A mix of I²C, UART and analog sensors for environmental data • A simple web interface plus push notifications to my phone and any browser-based PC What I need from you 1. Hardware architecture – Pin-by-pin wiring diagram covering temperature-humidity probes, CO₂ sensors, ultrasonic or float-based tank-level sensors, flow switches (NO/NC), pH and EC probes, plus relay boards for fans, pumps and dosing heads. – Parts list with distributor links so I can order everything in one go. 2. Software stack – Python (or another Pi-friendly language you recommend) scripts or services to: • read each sensor at defined intervals • log data locally and to the cloud • drive relays for fan speed, nutrient dosing and pumps based on configurable setpoints • trigger SMS / push / email alarms on threshold breaches or sensor faults. – A lightweight web dashboard that runs on the Pi, shows real-time charts and lets me tweak setpoints from any device on the LAN or remotely via HTTPS. 3. Deployment guide – Step-by-step instructions for imaging the SD card, installing libraries, securing the OS and enabling remote updates. – Testing checklist so I can confirm every sensor, relay and alarm path before the system goes live. 4. Support & refinement – At least one review cycle after I build the first unit—if something fails the checklist, help me debug it. – Advice on best-practice enclosure, cable management and EMI mitigation inside a humid grow environment. Experience with Node-RED, MQTT, InfluxDB + Grafana, or similar frameworks is a bonus, but I’m open to your preferred toolchain as long as it stays Pi-friendly and well-documented. Deliverables are the complete wiring plan, commented source code, the web UI, deployment notes, and post-build troubleshooting assistance. If you’ve completed similar horticulture or industrial automation projects, I’d love to see them.
