I need my entire QuickBooks Desktop file moved into Manager.io without losing a single line of history. That means every transaction ever entered, the full customer and vendor database, and all financial reports must come across intact. I also use a handful of customised report templates that will need to be rebuilt or imported so they look and behave the same way in Manager.io. The job is finished when: • All historic data opens in Manager.io with balances matching QuickBooks to the cent. • Customer, vendor, and account references link correctly inside every transaction. • Custom report templates render the same figures and layout I have today. • Trial balance, aged receivables/payables, and profit-and-loss for any past date agree in both systems. You can work with whatever combination of QuickBooks export tools, CSV, or direct database scripts you prefer, so long as the end result in Manager.io is clean, searchable, and fully reconciled. Once the migration file is ready, I’ll review it inside a sandbox company before giving the go-ahead to apply it to my live books.
