I'm looking for customer facing web development and internal tools development for Bonanza Press, Inc. in Woodinville, WA, and I need an experienced engineer who can carry the codebase from first commit to production over the next six months. You’ll work cross-platform—some days on Windows, others on Linux—using Git for version control and a familiar mix of Python on the back end with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on the front. Scope of work - Build out company website, UX and hookup to product database. - Ensure everything is responsive, accessible, and maintainable; tests and concise documentation are expected as part of every merge. - Deploy milestones to our staging environment, gather feedback, and tighten any loose screws before we roll to production. - Develop and deploy internal tooling in python. These are both CLI and UI tools. The contract runs six months with the possibility of a full-time offer if we both like the fit. If you enjoy small business and new project development, can navigate both Windows and Linux comfortably, and have a track record of shipping polished React/Python features under Git-driven workflows, let’s talk. This role is fully remote, but prefer candidates who are local to Woodinville, WA.
