I need a lightweight, browser-based application that lets me record every purchase we make and keep an eye on day-to-day expenses. It must run entirely on the web so my team can log in from any computer without installing anything. Key features I’m after: • Purchase tracking – date, supplier, description, amount, uploaded receipt, and a running balance. • Expense management – simple categorisation, quick search, and export to CSV or Excel for monthly reviews. The system has to support multiple user roles. At minimum, I want an admin who can see and edit everything, plus regular staff who can only add or view their own entries. A clean, responsive interface is essential, and I’d like straightforward menus rather than a full ERP-style layout.
