I’m putting together a clear, executive-level snapshot of our ongoing projects and need a PowerPoint deck that tells the story at a glance. The slide deck should focus exclusively on projects that are still in progress; completed or future initiatives aren’t part of this brief. For each project I’ll supply raw notes, dates, and any charts we already have. Your job is to translate that material into concise slides that show two things for every project: key milestones reached so far and the current status (progress percentage, traffic-light indicator, or a short narrative—whichever you feel communicates best). Please structure the deck so that: • A cover slide and compact table of contents give leadership quick orientation. • Each project occupies its own slide or two, with milestones laid out chronologically and the latest status clearly highlighted. • A final summary slide rolls up overall progress across all ongoing projects. I’m happy to review a first draft storyboard before you polish the visuals, then we’ll do one round of tweaks to finalize. Let me know what assets or clarifications you’ll need right away so we can keep this moving.
