We are looking for a web designer to create a website and application for our Concierge Affordable Housing Fund (CAHF, LLC) and our Concierge 15 Fund. www.conciergeshares.com. These are two Reg D funds focusing on Affordable Housing Production and Rehabilitation and Larger Rental Properties (Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural). The site/app should breath finance, real estate, and investment from its core. The site/app will need to have the capability to login and docusign important disclosures and paperwork, store these documents, execute financial transfers, store client balances, payments, investment terms, keep important tax documents etc. This site will evolve over time. We are needing face/look and docusign features to be available as soon as possible and the rest of the functionality can be developed over a couple months if needed. Conciergeshares.com will be a site to invest in fixed rate real estate and business investment funds at this point in time.
