Premium 3D Model for Electronics

I need a 3D designer who can move fast and deliver a consumer-ready enclosure that looks and feels premium on the outside while neatly cradling the electronics inside. The object is small and largely solid in appearance, yet its hidden structure must house a battery and wiring, a microcontroller and others. Visual appeal matters just as much as function: smooth exterior lines, no print artifacts, and a seamless way to expose the ports and display without breaking the overall form. Internally, every standoff, clip, and channel must hold components firmly so nothing rattles when the user picks it up. You’ll be designing specifically for my Bambu Lab A1 printer in PLA, so wall thicknesses, snap-fits, and tolerances need to reflect that platform’s capabilities. I’m aiming for a surface finish that can go straight from printer to light post-processing and still look like a finished product. Before I can share the reference sketches and exact dimensional constraints, you’ll need to sign an NDA. Once that’s done, I’ll give you the full spec. Deliverables once we’re done: • Print-ready STL (plus the original editable CAD file) optimized for the A1 • A simple exploded view or short PDF explaining component placement and assembly sequence • Any notes on print settings or tolerances you relied on to achieve the fit and finish.
