Core workflow • Candidate tracking – profiles, stage in pipeline, status changes and quick search. • Interview feedback management – structured notes, ratings and interviewer comments stored against each candidate. • Documentation oversight – upload and verify offer letters, identity proofs, joining-date confirmation and any other compliance files in one place. The app must be mobile-first (Android and iOS) with a clean dashboard that HR managers can use on the go. Push notifications for pending feedback and approaching joining dates are important, and data must sync instantly with our existing HRIS via API (REST/JSON). Deliverables 1.
