Project Type: One-time setup & integration Location Preference: Remote (Germany access preferred) Budget: Open to proposals Project Overview We’re looking for a skilled POS Integration Specialist who can help us connect one of Germany’s leading POS systems — Lightspeed, Orderbird, or SumUp — with our in-house platform ENTUGO, which powers loyalty, marketing, and operational workflows for F&B businesses. Our team has already implemented the integration layer, but we could not get API access to test it. The core requirement is to collaborate with a freelancer who already has valid API credentials / sandbox / live access to any one of these POS systems (Lightspeed, Orderbird, or SumUp), and can set up and validate the integration end-to-end. Key requirement: You must have your own API access for at least one of these POS systems (Lightspeed / Orderbird / SumUp) to help us complete testing and setup. Integration Scope We want to integrate the following modules from the POS into ENTUGO: Menu & Table Management Sync menu items, modifiers, table layouts. Order & Kitchen Display (KDS) Pull orders in real time. Sync to our KDS and CRM workflows. Manage order status updates. Discounts & Promotions Apply and sync discounts from POS to ENTUGO’s loyalty engine. Payments & Billing Sync payment methods, amounts, and receipts for reporting. Accept cards, wallets, and contactless methods. Delivery Management (where available) Integrate third-party delivery platforms consolidated via POS. Relevant POS Features To give you context, the POS systems offer features such as: Payment Processing: Integrated card & wallet acceptance, automated reconciliation. Inventory Management: Ingredient-level tracking, real-time stock updates, auto purchase orders. Accounting: Integrations with QuickBooks/Xero, automated bookkeeping & reporting. Delivery Management: Uber Eats / DoorDash / Swiggy / Zomato integrations. Kitchen Display System: Digital tickets, order tracking, prep times. We want these data flows mapped and working between the POS and ENTUGO through APIs. Ideal Freelancer Profile Proven experience integrating with Lightspeed / Orderbird / SumUp APIs. Has existing API keys or sandbox credentials to work with. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and POS workflows. Experience with middleware or CRM integrations is a plus. Can communicate clearly and deliver within agreed timelines. Timeline We’re ready to start immediately. The goal is to complete the integration and live test within 2–4 weeks.
