I need a fresh, production-ready design for a plastic mechanical enclosure that follows the specifications we’ve already talked through. The overall form factor, mounting points, and internal clearances are defined; what’s missing is a clean CAD model and manufacturing documentation that I can hand straight to the molder without rework. You’ll take the reference sketches and dimension notes from our earlier discussion and translate them into a fully detailed 3D model (SolidWorks or Fusion 360 is fine) with proper draft angles, wall thicknesses, ribs, and snap-fits where appropriate. Please include: • The native CAD file and a neutral format (STEP). • An exploded view or assembly file illustrating component fit. • 2D drawings with critical dimensions, tolerances, and material callouts for injection-molding. I’ll review the model for fit, function, and moldability; once everything checks out, the project is complete. If you spot any DFM issues along the way, flag them so we can adjust before finalizing.
