I will provide you with the full architectural set in PDF or DWG and need it translated into a set of high-quality, photorealistic visuals that showcase the home’s exterior. The design language is simple Rural Architectural Farm House using recycled cream brick, corrugated roofing and aluminium windows. Because the exterior is the hero, I’m looking for true high-detail work: realistic textures, accurate materials, and balanced daylight (minimal styling such as patterns, materials, trims, lights etc). The surrounding landscape can remain simplified, but it should frame the building naturally—think grass, a few shrubs, hills in the background and sky reflections—without drawing attention away from the facade. Example photos of the exterior materials (brickwork and roofing) and location/setting are provided. I need to decide between 2 different bricks and 3 different window colours, so 6 possible combinations in total. For each combination I want 3 stills from different angles - making a total of 18 stills. Deliverables • 3 angles x 6 colour schemes (total 18 high-resolution stills in JPG or PNG) • Source model in your preferred 3D format (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.) so we can adjust views later • A short revision pass to fine-tune materials, lighting, or camera angles after first review I’ll supply the plans as soon as we start; just confirm which file type you prefer. If you regularly work with V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Twinmotion for realistic lighting and materials, that’s perfect, but any workflow that reaches the same realistic finish is welcome.
