I have a residential project that needs to look every bit as real as the finished home will. I already have the basic architectural plans; what I need from you is a full 3D model and a set of high-resolution, photorealistic renderings that convincingly sell the design to my clients and investors. Scope of work You will build the complete exterior and key interior spaces, apply authentic materials, realistic lighting, and natural surroundings, and deliver polished images suitable for marketing brochures and online presentation. Software choice is up to you—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar—so long as the final result is indistinguishable from photography. Deliverables • Native 3D model file with all textures linked • 6–8 still renders (4K minimum) covering street view, rear yard, two main interiors, and dusk ambiance • Optional short walkthrough video if your toolset supports it (price separately) Acceptance criteria The render must pass a side-by-side realism check against reference photos I provide for mood and material palette. Lighting should show natural bounce, no blown highlights, and crisp shadow detail. Furniture and décor should feel lived-in, not generic catalog pieces. Timeline I’d like first drafts within one week of project start and final images a week after feedback is returned. Once delivered and approved, I will release full payment and happily leave a detailed review. If you specialize in residential photorealism and can hit these marks, I look forward to seeing your portfolio and discussing the file hand-off.
