Overview We are developing a small residential project in Kalliopi, Lemnos (Greece) consisting of: • 2 mirrored single-story houses • A central swimming pool area • A summer kitchen / BBQ area • A garage and landscaped outdoor spaces What We Need All architectural plans are already completed. We are looking for an architect / 3D artist to: • Create high-quality photorealistic exterior renderings • Develop material and finishing concepts • Enhance the visual identity of the project Style & Requirements The design must follow a contemporary Greek island style, including: • White exterior walls • Red clay tile roof (traditional Greek) • Green window and door frames (typical Greek color) • Natural materials (stone, wood, etc.) • Strong indoor-outdoor connection (terraces, pergolas) Deliverables • Photorealistic 3D renders (multiple angles), Source file in the software you use (3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender, or similar) so my team can revisit the scene later if needed. • Exterior material & finishes proposal • Optional: minor adjustments to improve visual coherence Ideal Candidate • Architect or 3D artist with experience in Greek / Mediterranean architecture • Strong portfolio in photorealistic rendering • Preferably candidate - based or born and raised in Greece Notes This is a design-focused rendering project, not a full architectural redesign. We already have the plans — we need top-quality visuals and finishes. Acceptance Criteria • Surfaces read as true materials at close zoom (no tiling artifacts). • Natural global illumination—no burnt highlights or flat lighting. • Building proportions match the supplied drawings within a few centimetres. • Final images ready for print and on-screen review. I will supply the drawings and a brief mood board the moment we start.
