We are looking for an experienced AI and automation freelancer in India,Phillipine,Bangladesh or Pakistan to build a complete system for medical clinics, scalable worldwide. The goal is to automate repetitive clinic tasks: appointment booking, reminders, FAQ, patient forms, and follow-up, so the staff can save time, reduce errors, and improve patient experience. The system must be reliable, simple to use, multilingual, and compliant with data protection regulations (GDPR/HIPAA). Your Responsibilities: Install and configure an AI assistant (ChatGPT or equivalent) capable of responding to patients in multiple languages, 24/7. Create and automate appointment scheduling (website, WhatsApp, SMS, email). Set up automated reminders for appointments. Configure a smart FAQ to answer common patient questions. Automate pre-filling of administrative forms. Build a simple dashboard for clinic staff with reporting and statistics. Provide a short training for staff (30–60 min) or clear documentation. Ensure reliability, simplicity, and data protection compliance. Guarantee the system is scalable and adaptable to new languages and countries.
