Source material—ranging from PDFs and text files to occasional images—must be entered or migrated into my central database exactly as provided, double-checked for consistency, and tagged in a way that keeps future searches painless. Although the core duty is data entry, a creative mindset is important; when you notice clearer field names, smarter tagging, or a tidier structure, I want to hear your ideas before the next batch goes live. Work is fully remote, and you will be given secure access to the database interface along with concise formatting guidelines. Acceptance criteria • Every assigned record entered with 99 %+ accuracy • Duplicate checks completed before final submission • Weekly CSV export returned by Friday (or pushed directly if you prefer working inside MySQL/Airtable/Google Sheets) If you’re comfortable with database input and enjoy polishing information until it’s spotless—and occasionally better organised than when you found it—this part-time arrangement should fit you well.
