Job Title Facebook Ads Specialist to Audit, Fix, and Optimize Local Lead Generation Campaign (Tri-State Area) Project Description I’m looking for an experienced Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to help refine and properly set up a campaign for my company, Our Living Story — a video production service that helps families preserve their loved ones’ stories on film. The campaign has been running with Meta’s AI tools, but it’s not producing consistent results. I need someone who can step in, audit the current setup, correct any issues, and help make the campaign perform effectively. The goal is to generate qualified paying clients for an $800 storytelling video package while maintaining a cost-per-acquisition target around $60. The focus will be on audiences within the Tri-State area (New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut). Scope of Work Audit the existing Facebook Ads setup, including objectives, pixel, audiences, and placements. Fix or rebuild the campaign using best practices for local service-based lead generation. Verify that the Meta Pixel tracking and event setup are working correctly. Create 2–3 optimized ad sets using my existing 15-second and 30-second video creatives. Develop target audiences based on age, interests, and local demographics. Set up retargeting for users who watched the video or visited the landing page but did not contact us. Provide a short summary report or Loom video explaining what was changed and why. Budget Flat rate for setup and optimization: $100–$150, depending on experience and scope. This is a one-time setup and optimization project. If performance is strong, there is potential for ongoing monthly optimization work. Ideal Candidate Proven experience running Facebook lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses (not e-commerce). Experience targeting local audiences (state or city level). Skilled in pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting. Clear communicator who can explain their approach. Portfolio or examples of previous campaigns that achieved measurable results (cost per lead or sale).
