Each milestone is released only after I confirm that the store has run the entire month with no unresolved issues and all agreed tasks are complete. What to include in your proposal • A clear list of everything your monthly service covers • Maximum response time for critical issues (please specify in hours) • Technical details of your hosting infrastructure (server stack, CDN, backups, etc.) • Your definition of “minor” versus “major” changes and how each is handled Acceptance criteria The live site must remain fully functional at all times: checkout must process payments correctly, SEO pages must stay indexed, and shipping calculators must return accurate rates. Any update or fix that jeopardises these functions will be considered incomplete until resolved.
