I’m assembling a small R&D team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and I need an experienced machine-learning engineer who can work on-site with us full-time. The focus is pure pattern recognition powered by deep neural networks; I’ll rely on you to blend supervised and unsupervised learning so the system can ultimately predict future trends from our data streams. You should already have hands-on success stories in commercial or academic pattern-recognition projects. Whether your background is in images, speech, text, or a mix of all three, what matters most is that you can move rapidly from data exploration to a production-ready model and explain every decision along the way. Core expectations • Design, train and fine-tune DNN architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers or anything you deem fit). • Build robust supervised pipelines and complementary unsupervised modules for feature discovery. • Validate accuracy, interpretability and real-world performance, iterating until we hit production-grade metrics. • Collaborate face-to-face with our domain specialists at the Chennai facility; remote work isn’t an option for this role. • Document code, experiments and model decisions so the team can reproduce and scale your work.
