Scope • Walk through the space with me in person so you can take accurate measurements, feel the layout, and discuss ideas on the spot. • Develop a modern concept that keeps the palette in calm, neutral tones. • Prioritise the living room for relaxation and lounging—think inviting seating, soft textures, and discreet media storage—while still giving both bedrooms and the bathroom clean, cohesive styling. Deliverables - Measured floor plan (after site visit) - 3D coloured renders of every room, including at least two angles per space - Furniture and lighting layout with sizing noted - Basic material and finishes list so sourcing is straightforward in the UAE market - One round of revisions after I review the visuals Acceptance criteria Renders must reflect the actual room proportions, use the agreed colour palette, and be supplied as high-resolution JPEG/PNG plus the original 3D source file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
