Clean separation between presentation, business logic, and data layers. Mobile Experience (Customer App) Users must be able to: Register / log in securely. Schedule pick-ups and deliveries. Select services and see price breakdown before payment. Pay securely via Stripe (or comparable PCI-compliant gateway). Track order lifecycle in real time. Receive push notifications for status changes. View order history and receipts. The app must be performant, stable, and App Store compliant. Admin Web Dashboard This is the operational control center and must include: Secure role-based login (Admin / Operator / Affiliate). Real-time order management (view, filter, edit status). Manual status overrides with audit trail. Basic financial reporting. Analytics (orders/day, revenue, average ticket size, cancellation rate). CSV export capability. Responsive design required (desktop-first). Back-End & Integrations Stripe integration at launch (designed for future extensibility). Modular payment layer so PayPal/bank transfer can be added later. Integration with existing courier API (REST/JSON). Push notifications system (Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar). Environment separation: Development / Staging / Production. Deliverables iOS app (App Store ready build). Android app (Google Play ready build). Responsive admin dashboard. Documented REST API. Database schema documentation. Git repository with full source code. Deployment instructions. Ownership of all intellectual property and source code must transfer upon final payment.
