I'm looking for a professional with proven experience in Odoo for a specific project (10-20 total hours): Background: • Currently using Odoo Community for basic invoicing • Need to migrate to Odoo Online Enterprise Standard • Data to migrate: Clients + invoices for 2024, 2025, and 2026 (up to date) Exact scope of the project: 1. DATA MIGRATION • Export clients/invoices from Community → CSV/backup • Create Odoo Online (I will handle the contract) • Import data while preserving historical data • Verify that invoices for 2024-2026 are functional (VeriFactu OK) 2. MODULE CONFIGURATION • CRM: Sales pipeline, custom stages (lead → proposal → renewal), Outlook 365 integration • Subscriptions: Monthly recurring invoice templates • Invoicing: Spain configuration (VeriFactu), recurring invoices from CRM, auto-workflows 3. VA Onboarding • Users/Roles: Me (admin), Va (sales + subscriptions user) • Basic API access for scripts I will use temporary access in my Odoo Online (5-7 days) + screen sharing.
