I’m ready to roll Odoo out across my company and need an experienced consultant to take the implementation from zero to go-live. The core job is to stand up a clean Odoo instance and tailor three key modules—Sales, Inventory and Accounting—so they fit our real-world processes without adding bloat. No legacy data needs to be migrated, so you can focus entirely on configuration, custom fields, automated workflows, and any small Python or XML tweaks that make the user experience seamless. Here’s how I see the engagement working: • Configure a fresh Odoo environment, apply best-practice security settings and enable only the features we need. • Customise Sales, Inventory and Accounting workflows, reports and dashboards according to the business rules we’ll document together. • Iterate through test cases with my team, fix bugs, then deploy to production. • Provide a brief hand-off guide (screenshots or short video is fine) so staff can reference the new flows. Acceptance will be based on each module passing user-acceptance scenarios we define up front and the system running error-free in production for at least one week. If you’ve implemented these modules before and can communicate clearly in English during short remote sessions, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this project and what timeline you’d propose.
