I am migrating our entire finance and sales stack from Cegid to Odoo 18 and need an expert who already speaks the language of Portuguese accounting. The goal is simple: once your work is finished every invoice, expense, payroll run and sale—whether it starts in-store, through our website or over WhatsApp—must flow through Odoo in full compliance with the Autoridade Tributária. Key areas you will configure • Government-ready invoicing: automatic ATCUD and QR-code generation, SAF-T (PT) export, certified billing sequence, and e-Invoice / eFatura submission. • Expense tracking that posts to the correct Plano de Contas and follows Portuguese VAT rules. • Payroll processing with legal categories, Segurança Social, IRS tables and electronic payslip files. • Online sales integration (Odoo Website + e-commerce) so orders create fiscal documents instantly. • Client communication channels inside Odoo (Email, Phone, WhatsApp) linked back to each partner record. • Inventory management fully tied to accounting for real-time COGS and stock valuation. Acceptance criteria – Test invoices clear the AT validation portal without errors. – SAF-T files import successfully into the government test tool. – A sample payroll run nets identical results to the one produced in Cegid. – Legacy master data (customers, suppliers, products, chart of accounts) is migrated and reconciled. – All modules run in Portuguese with currency, tax and fiscal positions pre-set. You may bring your own preferred development environment, but I expect the final setup to live in a clean Odoo 18 Community build (Docker or native) and to be delivered with a short hand-over manual plus reproducible backup.
