Recurring automation – every month certain clients must be billed automatically. Help me turn the customised templates into recurring invoices, set the schedule, and configure the system so I can adjust them in bulk instead of editing one by one. 3. Workflow polish – once everything is in place, walk me through the process so I can create, duplicate, and bulk-update invoices confidently in the future. Everything has to be done directly inside Invoice Ninja using its built-in template editor and automation tools. A quick Loom or written guide showing the finished workflow counts as the final hand-off.
