I am looking for a developer to build a custom integration between NetSuite ERP and ShipStation using ShipStation’s “Custom Store” method. This integration must be built according to the official ShipStation Development Guide (linked below) to enable order syncing and tracking write-backs without third-party middleware. Scope of Work: 1. Order Export (NetSuite to ShipStation): 1. Create a SuiteScript endpoint to generate an XML feed of "Pending Fulfillment" Sales Orders. 2. Mapping Requirements: o NetSuite Internal Memo/Notes ShipStation <InternalNotes> o NetSuite Custom Field A ShipStation <CustomField1> o NetSuite Custom Field B ShipStation <CustomField2> o NetSuite Custom Field C ShipStation <CustomField3> 2. Tracking Write-back (ShipStation to NetSuite): 1. Handle the XML POST from ShipStation when a label is created. 2. Automatically create/update the Item Fulfillment record in NetSuite with tracking and carrier data. 3. Documentation Adherence: The developer must follow the specific XML schema and authentication protocols outlined in the attached guide. Technical Requirements: • Strong experience with NetSuite SuiteScript 2.x. • Previous experience building ShipStation Custom Store XML endpoints. • Ability to ensure data integrity (no duplicate orders).
