What I need • Architectural layouts that respect Neo-Classic proportions and symmetry while meeting contemporary residential needs. • Interior mood boards, material palettes, and detailed joinery drawings that stay true to Traditional Neo-Classic styling. • High-quality 3D views or walkthroughs (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion—use what you are most comfortable with) to visualise the design before we build. • A landscape design that ties the house to its setting, including hard-scape details, planting lists, lighting ideas, and seating areas for family gatherings. • A complete PDF and CAD package ready for local approvals and contractor pricing. Acceptance criteria 1. Floor plans and elevations follow the agreed room schedule and show accurate dimensions. 2. Interior renderings convey material, colour, and lighting choices clearly enough for my contractor to replicate. 3. Landscape drawings include softscape and hardscape layers plus an irrigation layout. 4. All files are delivered in editable DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later) and high-resolution PDF.
