Must have: VPSS 4ie experience. I need an experienced Amada laser programmer who can quickly turn my part drawings into production-ready code for cutting metal in the ¼"–½" range. The role is remote and focused on creating nests using Amada's software. All work is for steel and stainless only—no plastics or wood—so your settings, pierce routines, and kerf offsets must reflect that. Parts arrive as DXF/SolidWorks files and are already dimension-checked; what I’m missing is the clean, efficiently nested NC program that will let my operators load it straight onto the machine and start cutting. I’m on a tight timeline and would like the first set of programs ASAP, ideally within the next day or two, with a short feedback loop for any tweaks.
