This project involves building a complete, hands-off workflow in n8n that keeps my Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube channels active while simultaneously generating and publishing new blog posts. Scope of work • Social channels: Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube • Automated actions: post scheduling, evergreen content curation, and basic analytics reporting pushed to a shared Google Sheet or similar dashboard. • Blog: automate both draft creation and live publishing. Content may originate from curated RSS feeds or a shared Google Drive folder; the flow should format the material, add featured imagery, and push it straight into my CMS through its API. Key requirements • All logic must run inside my self-hosted n8n instance—no third-party SaaS schedulers. • Workflows must be modular so I can toggle platforms on or off without breaking the chain. • Clear error-handling steps and Slack/Email notifications on failure. • Documentation: an annotated export of every n8n workflow plus a short Loom walkthrough showing how to add new sources or change posting frequency. Acceptance criteria 1. A test post successfully publishes to each listed social account from n8n. 2. A sample article moves from source to published state in the blog with proper formatting. 3. Daily analytics report lands in the shared sheet without manual intervention for 3 consecutive days. Deliver the n8n workflow files (.json), a one-page setup guide, and the screen-capture walkthrough.
