I am setting up a flow-based CRM inside n8n and want it tightly paired with a WhatsApp AI agent. The CRM must cover three pillars—lead management, customer support, and sales tracking—while the WhatsApp side should handle automated replies, qualify new prospects in real time, and keep supporting existing customers without human intervention. Scope inside n8n • Lead Management: add lead scoring rules, automated nurturing sequences, and smart data segmentation so every contact is tagged and routed correctly. • Customer Support: create tickets from WhatsApp conversations and sync them back to the CRM for a full timeline view. • Sales Tracking: log deal stages, update pipeline fields, and trigger follow-up reminders. WhatsApp AI agent • Listen on the WhatsApp Business API, answer common queries instantly, and escalate edge cases. • Run a short qualification script, score the lead, and push the data to the CRM via n8n nodes. • Continue two-way support chats, pulling customer info from the CRM to personalise responses. Deliverables 1. n8n workflow files (exportable JSON) covering the CRM modules and the WhatsApp agent. 2. Connection guides for any external APIs used. 3. A quick video or screenshots showing each feature working in a live test. Acceptance criteria – Leads are automatically scored, segmented, and nurtured. – WhatsApp agent responds within two seconds and writes all chat data to the CRM. – Pipeline updates and support tickets display correctly in the dashboard.
