Multilingual Armenian Support Assistant

I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can take full ownership of our customer-support queue in Armenian, English, and Russian. Day to day you’ll reply to incoming emails, pick up phone calls routed through our VoIP line, and staff the live-chat widget during agreed hours. You’ll log every interaction in our CRM, tag issues for follow-up, and escalate the rare technical questions to me or the dev team. Clear, well-written responses in all three languages are essential, as is a friendly tone that matches our brand. Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar ticket systems will help you get up to speed quickly, but I’m happy to train if you’re new to any specific platform. Deliverables I expect: • Same-day responses for all email tickets and chats during your shift • Call summaries entered into the CRM within 15 minutes of each conversation • Weekly report highlighting common issues and any unresolved cases If you’re organised, empathetic, and confident handling customers across email, phone, and live chat in Armenian, English, and Russian, I’d love to hear how you can make our customers feel supported.
