- Software Overview The system is a modular, cloud-based ERP and POS platform built with .NET (C#) and Angular, designed to serve multiple business types such as fit-out & contracting, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, and distribution. Its architecture separates a shared core (finance, HR, CRM, users, permissions, reporting) from industry-specific packs, allowing you to enable or disable modules depending on the client’s business model. - Key Capabilities 1. Shared Core Modules Accounting & VAT management – invoices, payments, chart of accounts, profitability. CRM & Project Management – leads, opportunities, proposals, and end-to-end project lifecycle. HR & Payroll – attendance, salary/commission setup, evaluations, onboarding/offboarding. Inventory & Stores – centralized stock, item tracking, warehouse transfers. User & Permissions – granular role-based access with full audit logging. Dashboards & Reports – financial, operational, and productivity analytics. 2. Industry Packs Each business type adds its own specialized module pack under /Modules: Fit-Out / Contracting: BOQ pricing, procurement vs in-house production, subcontractor control, site progress, profitability tracking. Retail POS: sales screen, barcode scanning, branch-specific warehouses, discounts, taxes, daily cash closure. Restaurant: menu & table management, kitchen display, order routing, delivery handling. Manufacturing: work orders, raw-material issuance, production tracking, quality control. All share the same database core, making cross-industry deployments easy. 3. Multi-Branch & Warehouse Structure The ERP supports multiple branches and warehouses, each with separate stock, users, and permissions but consolidated financial reporting. Superadmins can view all branches, while normal users are limited to their assigned branch / warehouse. 4. Integration & Mobility WhatsApp Business API for notifications, client updates, and approvals. Mobile App for on-site engineers, storekeepers, and POS operators (offline-sync ready). Cloud hosting (Azure / AWS) with secure remote access, 2FA, and encrypted connections. 5. Architecture & Scalability Clean, layered structure with /Core, /Modules, and /Shared folders. Dependency Injection, clean API endpoints, permission-based access (HasPermission("Module.Feature.Action")). Ready for multi-tenant deployment, allowing one codebase to serve many businesses.
