Key requirements – Native or high-performance cross-platform codebase (Flutter, React Native, or similar). – Seamless language toggle with proper RTL layout for Arabic. – Secure authentication, in-app payments, push notifications, and GDPR-compliant data handling. – Clean, modular API architecture so all three apps stay in sync. – Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-over call at the end. Acceptance criteria 1. All listed features fully functional on current iOS & Android releases. 2. Dashboard accessible in modern browsers with responsive layout. 3. Language switch verified on every screen without layout breaks. 4. Test flight / APK builds delivered for review, followed by store-ready builds.
