This project centres on building a responsive, Custom HTML/CSS website that consolidates several IT-service functions under one roof. The site will use a clean tab-style navigation and must be fully mobile-friendly. Core sections and functionality • Scripts Library – visitors may download any three scripts for free; subsequent downloads trigger a paid checkout flow. I’ll need simple user-account handling, a counter that tracks free downloads, and a payment gateway you recommend. • Knowledge-Base Portal – searchable articles plus a public Q&A thread where users can post issues and answers. Moderation tools and basic analytics for popular topics are expected. • Hire-an-Expert – a landing area where clients outline their project and route enquiries to me (or future consultants). A short form with file upload and email notifications is sufficient for launch. • ISO Download Portal – connect to an existing FTP repository so users can browse folders and pull large ISO files without hitting server-side size limits. A visible progress bar or similar feedback is essential. • Customer Support – contact form, live-chat placeholder, and an FAQ. This can share the same user database created for the Script Library. Design & UX No preset template: I’m open to your visual direction as long as the look feels professional, modern, and consistent across all tabs. Please include at least two initial mock-ups before full build-out. Technical expectations • Pure HTML5/CSS3 with lightweight JavaScript for interactivity (no WordPress or CMS). • Clean, commented code that I can maintain. • Security best practices for payments, file downloads, and form submissions. • Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) plus responsiveness down to 360 px width. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting. 2. Source files and documentation covering setup, FTP connection, and payment configuration. 3. A brief hand-off call or screen-share to walk through the codebase. Timeline is tight, so highlight any previous work that shows similar multi-module sites or complex download management. I’m happy to answer clarifying questions right away.
