There are many moving parts within our business — surgeons, logistics, hotels, and client coordination — but essentially we are a concierge-based company built on trust, transparency and premium presentation. We are seeking a reliable and ethical freelancer to assist with ongoing: • Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram) • TikTok management • WordPress website updates This is a monthly retainer role starting from $280 AUD, depending on experience and scope. ⸻ Important – Please Read Carefully We have previously experienced: • Fixed quotes turning into excessive additional charges • Being charged for basic/free services • Not having full ownership access to our website • Overpromising features that were never delivered • Limited TikTok access due to country restrictions • Poor communication and time zone clashes • Pressure to upgrade or purchase unnecessary add-ons We are not looking for inflated promises or ongoing upselling. We are looking for: Transparent pricing Clear deliverables Professional communication Respect for Australian time zones Long-term consistency ⸻ Access & Setup Our website, hosting, Meta Business and TikTok accounts are already fully set up.
