I want our entire HR onboarding and holiday-tracking process living inside Monday.com and talking smoothly to PandaDoc. During a few focused days next week I’ll work directly with you while you configure, test, and document the flows. Onboarding flow First, we need a board-level form that lets hiring managers capture every critical detail in one go—Name, position, project, start date, end date, rate, and holiday allowance. When the form is submitted it should trigger an automatic “deal memo” email that shows those same new-hire details plus a clear outline of the next onboarding steps. As soon as I update the item’s status to the appropriate stage, the system must pull the correct PandaDoc template, merge the data, and send the contract for e-signature. Once signatures land, a final automation should drop a welcome pack email to the employee and notify the relevant internal teams. Holiday tracking The second piece is a simple, manager-approved leave system. Employees submit a request, line managers approve or decline, and everyone sees the outcome on a shared schedule or calendar view so clashes are obvious. Ideally the same board (or a connected one) will keep an updated allowance balance per person that links back to the onboarding data. Tools & approach I’m not tied to Zapier, Integromat, or Power Automate—I currently use none—so native Monday.com automations or whatever lightweight integration you recommend is fine as long as it stays reliable and easy to maintain.
