This is an MVP project. Long-term collaboration possible if Phase 1 is successful. I need a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that delivers up-to-the-minute traffic information for Mogadishu using the Google Maps SDK. The core purpose is to help drivers avoid congestion, choose faster routes, and gain insight into daily traffic patterns across the city. Key functionality - Real-time traffic updates drawn from reliable data feeds and rendered on Google Maps. - Smart alternate route suggestions that refresh dynamically as conditions change. - Historical traffic pattern analysis so users can predict busy periods and plan ahead. A clean, lightweight interface is important—something that loads quickly even on slower connections and clearly highlights problem areas on the map without clutter. I will provide any branding assets and local data sources that may help refine the algorithms. The finished build should be production-ready, deployable to both App Store and Google Play, and include basic analytics so we can monitor adoption and performance. If you already have experience with Flutter or React Native, feel free to mention it, but I’m open to native development as well as long as both platforms receive equal attention.
