I would like to put on a sunroom addition. The addition should include a large open area with dramatic windows for viewing the 2 acre estate. It should also include a gas insert fireplace. The entire addition should be set on piers of cement. This is an old farm home built in 1890. Making this edition blend in is critical with the old farmhouse style w/ a contemporary flare. Included with my request are pictures of the home & a sketch showing the addition on the south/west side of the home. NOTE: Two existing "bump outs" of the home will be removed. One bump out is an existing sunroom on the southeast corner and the other is the rear entrance area which has a steps leading to the basement (where you must duck under before decapitating oneself). This area is worthless and needs to be incorporated into the new addition with a "straight in" set of stairs. I prefer a layout or sketch of the before committing to insure correct adherence to the project. Also looking for a materials list to properly estimate the project's cost.
