Modern SketchUp Exterior Colorization

The SketchUp file is fully modeled but still wearing plain default textures. I now need the exterior brought to life in a clean, modern style using a calm, neutral palette. Wood and stone should be the dominant material accents—think warm timber cladding alongside light or mid-tone stone highlights that feel refined rather than rustic. Scope • Apply realistic textures and colors to every visible exterior surface. • Keep the scheme firmly modern: minimal ornamental details, crisp lines, no traditional mouldings. • Work within neutral hues (whites, greys, taupes) for the main body, reserving the wood and stone elements to provide warmth and visual interest. • Adjust material scales and UV mapping so grain, joints, and seams read correctly in close-ups and wide shots. Deliverables 1. The updated .skp file with all textures embedded. 2. At least three high-resolution renders (front, rear, and one angle of your choice). 3. A simple legend or screenshot showing the exact RGB / HEX values and texture image files used, for future reference. Acceptance The design will be considered complete when the model opens with no missing textures, renders match the modern-neutral brief, wood appears natural (not repetitive), and stone shows believable depth. If any clarification is needed on palette or material distribution, just ask—quick feedback is guaranteed so we can wrap this efficiently.
