Scope • Apply realistic textures and colors to every visible exterior surface. • Keep the scheme firmly modern: minimal ornamental details, crisp lines, no traditional mouldings. • Work within neutral hues (whites, greys, taupes) for the main body, reserving the wood and stone elements to provide warmth and visual interest. • Adjust material scales and UV mapping so grain, joints, and seams read correctly in close-ups and wide shots. Deliverables 1. The updated .skp file with all textures embedded. 2. At least three high-resolution renders (front, rear, and one angle of your choice). 3. A simple legend or screenshot showing the exact RGB / HEX values and texture image files used, for future reference. Acceptance The design will be considered complete when the model opens with no missing textures, renders match the modern-neutral brief, wood appears natural (not repetitive), and stone shows believable depth.
