I have complete 2-D architectural drawings of my home and would like to see how a fresh, modern concept will actually feel before I start moving walls or buying new furniture. The focus is strictly on the open-plan living and dining area; the bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoors can remain out of scope for now. Using the 2-D plans I will supply (PDF and DWG), please build a detailed 3-D model that captures accurate proportions, ceiling heights, window placements, and all structural elements. Once the space is modeled, dress it in a clean, modern style: think simple lines, neutral palettes with a few accent tones, contemporary lighting, and streamlined furniture. I’m looking for realistic materials and daylight rendering so I can judge finishes, sight-lines, and furniture scale from different vantage points. Software choice is yours—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, or another professional tool—as long as the final native file and exportable formats (FBX/OBJ) are provided so I can experiment later. Deliverables • Editable 3-D model of the living and dining area • At least three high-resolution still renders (daytime views) • One simple fly-through or 360° panorama, if your workflow already supports it I’ll send the floor plans, photos, and a short mood board as soon as we start.
