The heart of the brief is the integration of Pathways that feel intentional and easy to follow; think crisp lines, simple geometry, and materials that suit a contemporary aesthetic. Water features or Outdoor seating can be proposed if they strengthen the overall composition, but they are not mandatory. The primary goal is a cohesive layout that balances hardscape and planting without clutter. Please deliver: • The updated .skp file with all new landscape elements grouped and named logically • A planting and materials legend (PDF or DOC) so I can source items locally • At least three high-resolution perspective images exported from SketchUp (or Enscape/Lumion if you prefer) to illustrate the design I will share the existing model upon project start and am available for quick feedback rounds to keep things moving smoothly.
