Scope of work • Translate my notes, inspiration images and measurements into a consistent modern concept. • Develop mood-boards and colour palettes that link the three spaces. • Provide scaled floor plans with furniture layouts (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar). • Supply realistic 3D renders or walkthroughs so I can visualise the final look. • Recommend finishes, fixtures, furniture and lighting with a shopping/specification list that is available in my region. • Include two revision rounds per room so we fine-tune details before final sign-off. Acceptance criteria ✔ Modern style is evident and consistent across living room, kitchen and bedroom. ✔ All drawings are dimensionally accurate and exportable (DWG or SKP). ✔ Render quality is high enough for me to judge materials and lighting. ✔ All specified items have clear sourcing links or codes.
