At this stage I’m looking for: • Detailed floor plans showing zones for recreational areas, flexible classrooms, meeting rooms, cultural displays, and a small retail or café space. • Exterior elevations and façade concepts that reflect a clean, contemporary style and maximise natural light. • Interior layout drawings with suggested materials, colour palette, lighting concepts, and basic furniture placement. • Visual mock-ups or 3D perspectives to help the local stakeholders picture the finished space. Key considerations • Clear circulation paths so events can run simultaneously without bottlenecks. • Durable materials that feel refined yet are easy to maintain. • Thoughtful integration of communal gathering spots—both indoors and outdoors. • Design choices that allow for future expansion or reconfiguration. Deliverables PDF drawings (plans, elevations, sections), a material/finish board, and at least three rendered views of key areas. Native files (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) are a plus for later revisions. Timeline I’d like to review the first concept within one week of project start and finalise the full package shortly after, so please outline how quickly you can move through each stage.
