I’m commissioning a full interior concept that unites three key zones—reception, two employee offices, and the main office—under a modern aesthetic energized by bold colours. The reception must impress visitors and comfortably host client meetings and informal welcome chats. The main office should project authority while supporting executive-level decision making, integrating a high-impact desk area, small meeting nook, and smart storage. Although the two employee offices are quieter spaces, they still need to echo the same design language for a seamless visual flow. To keep the process straightforward, I expect: • A space plan with precise furniture layout and circulation. • Mood boards highlighting the agreed colour palette and material choices. • Photorealistic 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) showing key views of each room. • A spec sheet listing furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor items that can be sourced locally or online. • Final drawings in DWG/PDF for contractors, including reflected ceiling and lighting plans.
