I already have the full 2-D floor plan for a four-bedroom residence that also includes a study, living room, kitchen, pooja room and four washrooms. What I now need is a complete 3-D build of the entire flat—every room, every corridor—finished to a highly detailed, photoreal level with accurate textures, materials, lighting and furniture in a distinctly modern style. You’ll start from my 2-D drawings (PDF/CAD) and turn them into a cohesive 3-D model that I can navigate, review and hand over to contractors. All ceiling, wall, floor and joinery treatments should look exactly as they would after construction, with correct light behaviour for both day and night scenes. I’ll supply reference images for colour schemes and any fixed furniture pieces I’ve already chosen. Deliverables • Editable native model file (SketchUp). • High-resolution still renders for each bedroom, the study, living room, kitchen, pooja room and all washrooms. • A short walkthrough animation (30–60 s) or 360° panoramic views so I can showcase the design to stakeholders. Acceptance criteria The model must match the 2-D plan dimensions, cover every space listed above, follow a modern aesthetic throughout, and render without missing textures, lighting glitches or scale issues.
