I have attached the architectural plan of my house and now need it brought to life as a fully modeled 3-dimensional drawing. I would like every room—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, even utility spaces—built out in a clean modern style. By “intermediate detail” I mean the walls, windows, and doors should be complemented with appropriately scaled furniture, kitchen and bath fixtures, built-ins, and other key elements that help me visualize real-world use without pushing into ultra-fine ornamentation. You are free to use the toolset you know best—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or another mainstream package—as long as you can supply the native file plus an exchange format (DWG or FBX) that I can open later. Final renders in high-resolution JPEG or PNG will let me review finishes and layout with my contractor. Please keep the materials palette and furnishings consistent with a contemporary aesthetic: clean lines, neutral tones with occasional accents, and practical, uncluttered layouts. If anything in the plan seems ambiguous, flag it early so we can revise before you dive into heavy modeling. Acceptance will be based on: • A complete, editable 3D model of the entire house in the agreed format • Still renders that clearly show each room from at least one useful angle • Furniture and fixture placement that follows the attached plan and respects modern design cues Once those pieces look right, I may ask for minor tweaks and additional viewpoints; otherwise, we can wrap up.
