I need a streamlined way to capture and track item-related requests inside Microsoft 365. Specifically, the form will accept item requests for company merchandise and then feed that data into a Microsoft List that serves as the central dashboard. Core pieces of the build: • A clean Microsoft Lists intake form with dropdown menus that let the requester pick an item category. • An accompanying list view or dashboard where each request can be sorted, filtered, and updated by our team. • Automated email notifications—ideally through Power Automate—so both the requester and the internal owner know when a new request is submitted and whenever its status changes. Everything must stay native to Microsoft 365 so we can maintain it without extra licensing. Once the list, form, and flow are live, a short hand-off guide or recorded walk-through will be helpful so my team can make small tweaks on our own.
